Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while accommodating the unique operational requirements of wildlife tourism and forest accommodation services.

Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing, circumstances, and booking type. Different rates apply for cottage bookings and safari experiences based on advance notice and operational impact.

Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7-10 working days from cancellation approval. Emergency situations may qualify for expedited processing.

Force Majeure

Cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, government orders, etc.) are handled with maximum flexibility and guest accommodation.

Cottage Accommodation

Policies and guidelines for cottage stays

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed based on the timing of cancellation, reason for cancellation, and current Forest Department policies. Different refund rates may apply based on advance notice provided.

2. Guest-Initiated Cancellations

  • Cancellations more than 7 days before check-in: 80% refund
  • Cancellations 3-7 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 3 days before check-in: 25% refund
  • No-show or same-day cancellation: No refund

3. Management-Initiated Cancellations

If cancellation is due to operational requirements, maintenance, weather conditions, or administrative reasons, full refund will be provided. Alternative accommodation may be offered when available.

4. Payment Gateway and Transaction Fees

Payment gateway charges and transaction fees are non-refundable. Refund amounts will be net of applicable charges as per payment processor policies.

5. Emergency and Medical Cancellations

Cancellations due to medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances may be considered for higher refund rates upon submission of valid documentation and management approval.

6. Force Majeure Events

In case of natural disasters, government orders, pandemic restrictions, or other force majeure events, refund policies may be modified as per prevailing circumstances and government guidelines.

7. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

8. Modification vs Cancellation

Before cancelling, guests may request booking modifications subject to availability. Modification charges may be lower than cancellation charges and should be considered as an alternative.
